Maintain inspection reports in a building file accessible to: building owner, maintenance staff, insurance reviewers, code inspectors when applicable. We deliver reports as PDF; some clients add reports to building management software (Procore, Yardi, etc.). Multi-year history is valuable for trending — comparing thermal images year-over-year shows progressive issues developing.

What if inspection finds issues?

Documented in report with severity classification. Immediate items: addressed during inspection visit when possible, or quoted for urgent follow-up scheduling. Scheduled items: quoted separately and scheduled per building owner preference. Monitor items: documented for tracking.
